This will open the Grammarly folder. • Open the folder named after the latest version of the Grammarly add-in (e.g. 6.5.38) that you have just installed. • Open the folder named something similar to B788D630FFA4301BCC50E5A81D7BE34 (this line looks different every time) • If you have the 64-bit Office, select the file GrammarlyShim64.dll If you have the 32-bit Office, select the file GrammarlyShim32.dll • Click OK. • If any error message appears, take a screenshot of that and send it to us at [email protected]. If no error message box appears, click OK in the COM Add-ins window and wait until the Grammarly add-in finishes loading. • Close MS Word, then open it again. • See if the Grammarly tab has appeared in Word or Outlook. If the Grammarly tab still didn't appear, check the Grammarly add-in's 'Load behavior' • Open Word, click the Microsoft Office button (or File), click Word Options, and then click Add-Ins. • In the View and Manage Microsoft Office Add-ins pane, in the Manage list, select COM Add-ins and click Go. • In the COM Add-Ins dialog box, you will see the add-ins that are available in MS Word.
